Responsibilities and Duties Production of Olympic Promotion Kits Monitoring the calendar Requesting printouts Requesting Olympic Venues Organizing Mock Exams Aligning information and providing guidance to students during final phases via WhatsApp group. Continuous monitoring of results announcements Purchasing/Requesting Olympic medals, certificates, and T-shirts. School registration for Olympiads Production/Updating of E\-book \+ Olympic Schedule \+ Instructions Manual for exam administration team. Production of internal announcement sheets for awardees and qualifiers (for posting on V4\) Organizing large-scale review sessions (in coordination with Results Coordination) Requirements and Qualifications Currently enrolled in Pedagogy, Teacher Education programs, or related fields.
