Development of a method for content verification and monitoring. **Description:** Ensure a favorable learning environment for students, teachers, and families by monitoring and guiding students' academic performance. Responsibilities and Duties Student registration targets for olympiad exams. Goal definition in collaboration with Results Management. Regular reporting to Results Management. Definition of actions per unit and grade level (as needed). Monitoring the use of olympiad boards across units. Analysis of PE and PB results. Sending email reports to Marketing for posting. Identifying key points for further exploration. Aligning recognition initiatives across units. Conducting teacher evaluations. Developing, together with the Olympic Area Coordination, a verification and monitoring method for: Content progress. Assignment submission and follow-up. Remedial/preparatory classes for students newly qualified for major olympiads. Creating the Olympic Pedagogical Support Schedule. Organizing OBMEP Mirim. Materials. Teacher training. Class and exam schedule.
