Job Summary:
This Timekeeper (PCD) will support personnel management and document organization, as well as manage materials and tools in an on-site environment.

Requirements
Education: Completed high school, or currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in related fields;
Basic knowledge of completing spreadsheets and forms;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Must reside in Recife or nearby areas.
Responsibilities
Record work hours and timekeeping data;
Monitor employee attendance and absences;
Organize and archive project-related and personnel documents;
Receive and inspect materials;
Complete daily forms and reports;
Communicate\-with supervisors and foremen regarding absences, tardiness, and issues;
Support the management of PPEs and uniforms;
Track the issuance and return of tools and materials;
Assist in distributing vouchers, receipts, and documents.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.636,32 per month
Work Location: On-site
