Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Assistant to support the collections process, performing controls, billing, document dispatch, and debt negotiation with customers. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional to join our team as a COLLECTION ASSISTANT Support the collections process by performing controls, billing, and collection dispatch. Send invoices and bank slips to customers via email; prepare physical documents for pickup at the company. Track delivery until receipt. Contact customers to resolve billing-related issues; negotiate debt settlement with customers, covering aspects such as payment deadlines, discounts, interest, merchandise returns, bounced checks, and debit notes—aiming for a mutually satisfactory agreement.
