Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible driver or fleet operator to safely operate vehicles, conduct inspections, manage maintenance, and ensure yard organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operate fleet vehicles safely and efficiently. 2. Maintain accurate records and communicate maintenance requirements. 3. Organize the yard, optimizing physical space. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Operate company fleet vehicles safely and efficiently; * Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition; * Maintain accurate records of mileage, maintenance, and repairs performed on vehicles; * Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations during driving operations; * Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to supervision; * Organize the yard, optimizing physical space. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Driver's License Category B (mandatory); * Availability to work on weekends and holidays (6x1 shift schedule); * Prior experience as a driver or fleet operator; * Ability to remain calm and act responsibly in adverse traffic situations; * Good communication and problem-solving skills; * Passion for the work. **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** ---------------------------------------- * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; * Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle tracking systems; * Basic understanding of logistics and route planning; * Basic English; * Courses in vehicle safety or defensive driving.
