Responsibilities and Duties: - Guide and direct Diagnostic Operations Coordinators in managing diverse teams, supporting unit climate initiatives and guiding career path development and progression for employees; - Analyze operational performance indicators alongside the team, proposing improvements to workflows and processes with a focus on achieving targets; - Analyze financial indicators, managing costs and revenues while maintaining quality and driving continuous improvement; - Establish and maintain direct interfaces with support areas (Production, Pre-Analytical, Finance, Planning and Performance, Commercial, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, among others) to ensure optimal operational performance and secure business growth and continuity; - Build and maintain customer relationships through periodic visits focused on current operations and identification of new business opportunities; - Ensure compliance with all internal Quality and Certification standards, and support leadership during periodic hospital audits.
