After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Ensure production meets safety, quality, performance, productivity, and cost standards, while leading and developing mid-level leadership; * Coordinate and monitor production routines, manufacturing methods and processes, ensuring achievement of established targets; * Manage KPIs and propose actions to drive results; * Evaluate production scheduling, departmental capacity, actual output efficiency, and stock coverage; * Plan machine loads, labor requirements, preventive/corrective maintenance, and line balancing; * Lead root-cause investigations of anomalies and pursue optimizations using PDCA, 5 Whys, and other quality tools; * Ensure implementation of TPM methodology, supporting the team in analyzing and resolving chronic issues related to safety, productivity, quality, and costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Requirements** * Preferred degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Administration, or related fields. * Mandatory postgraduate qualification; #### **Desired Technical Competencies** * Microsoft Office Suite; * MES; * SAP; * Cost Management; * TPM; * Basic Statistics knowledge. #### **Expected Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and people development; * Results orientation; * Analytical thinking; * Change management; * Clear and assertive communication; * Systemic operational vision. **Additional Information** **Here’s What We Offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
