Provide support across various administrative activities GEAP Self-Managed Healthcare \| Aracaju \- SE \| On-site Job Description * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Administration or related fields, starting from the 2nd semester; * Available to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in reception and welcoming service providers/beneficiaries; * Support report generation; * Assist in controlling and completing departmental spreadsheets; * Monitor email sending and receipt; * Assist in organizing, filing, and registering documents; * Assist in updating service providers' data in the system; * Assist in forwarding correspondence to service providers; * Assist in document archiving; * Assist in document verification; * Conduct telephone customer service; * Assist in registering and typing documents into the system and respective departments; * Assist in updating service providers' data in the system; * Provide support for other administrative department activities. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Administration or related fields, starting from the 2nd semester; Desirable Requirements * Experience in administrative routines; * Punctuality and commitment; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Good interpersonal relationship skills; * Courtesy; * Proactivity.
