**Description** The **Bag Press Operator** is responsible for carrying out the material compaction and packaging process, ensuring quality and established standards. Contributes to smooth production operations by keeping the area clean, organized, and safe, as well as ensuring proper equipment functioning. This role is essential for the efficiency and continuity of operations at **Fiação Itabaiana**. **Responsibilities and duties** Operate the press to compact and package materials into bags; Feed the machine with the material to be pressed, ensuring process standards; Seal, label, and move bags after pressing; Maintain the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations; Report to supervisors or maintenance any equipment malfunctions or irregularities. **Requirements and qualifications** Complete elementary education; Previous experience in press operation or production processes is desirable; Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality and safety; Good physical fitness and ability to work in a team.
