**Description** CLT OPPORTUNITY FOR KITCHEN ASSISTANT IN A HOTEL IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities** Assist management and other professionals in tasks;Label all processed ingredients, identifying the food and expiration date as directed by the nutrition team responsible for the kitchen, before storing them;Keep the food pantry always clean and organized;Keep countertops, sinks, equipment, and kitchen linens always clean;Maintain a clean uniform and always wear an apron;Organize the kitchen during and after tasks;Prepare dishes following instructions from immediate supervisors;Assist in cleaning and cutting meats, poultry, and fish in the absence of supervisors;Help serve snacks and meals;Clean utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas according to food safety guidelines. **Requirements** * Experience in the field * Availability to work on a 6×1 schedule; **Benefits** Fixed salary + variable; Meals on site; Health insurance (after probation period); Dental insurance (after probation period).
