We are seeking a Technical Responsible to ensure the company’s sanitary and regulatory compliance and to represent the organization before competent authorities. This professional will be responsible for managing the Quality System, controlling legal documentation, monitoring audits and inspections, mitigating risks, conducting training, and providing technical support to internal departments, ensuring all processes comply with current regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Legally represent the company before regulatory authorities during sanitary inspections, technical meetings, and regulatory proceedings; * Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality System in accordance with applicable legislation and standards; * Control and keep updated all the company’s legal documentation with sanitary authorities (AFE, CRT, CERCON, sanitary licenses, environmental licenses, among others); * Draft, review, approve, and implement documents such as quality manuals, SOPs, qualification and validation plans, regulatory dossiers, and internal policies; * Conduct technical and strategic analyses to mitigate sanitary risks, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Serve as the technical reference for Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and related departments; * Receive and oversee supplier, customer, national and international sanitary authority audits, as well as internal audits, leading action plans; * Deliver technical and operational training according to the Quality Assurance schedule; * Implement and ensure the qualification process for customers and suppliers, guaranteeing valid quality contracts and agreements; * Evaluate and address deviations, non-conformities, and complaints, leading technical investigations; * Execute and monitor product recall processes, reverse logistics, and management of non-conforming products; * Support risk control and application of quality tools, tracking departmental KPIs; * Participate in the Quality System change control process; * Support traceability management and control of product and raw material information; * Recommend necessary technical and/or infrastructure adjustments; * Monitor preventive maintenance programs, equipment calibration, system and environment qualification; * Monitor and document pest control plans, waste management, and other regulatory requirements; * Supervise temperature and humidity control in operational and storage areas; * Participate in the development and implementation of contingency plans; * Ensure products are stored and transported in accordance with current regulations and manufacturers’ specifications; * Operate within ANVISA’s Technovigilance System; * Ensure compliance in the control of products regulated by the Police, Army, and Sanitary Surveillance, including submission of reports and maps. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the respective professional council; * Minimum of **1 year of experience in Distribution operations;** * Solid knowledge of sanitary legislation and good practices (ANVISA); * Experience with audits, sanitary inspections, and quality management. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Pharmacy Benefits Program; * In-house Psychological Counseling Service at affordable rates; * Totalpass; * University Partnerships; * Birthday Day Off; * In-house English Classes at affordable rates.
