Job Summary: Professional responsible for requesting quotations, recording proposals, verifying technical compliance, preparing comparative analyses, negotiating, and managing supply contracts, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct ethical and strategic negotiations to optimize results. 2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes. 3. Proactively identify risks and inconsistencies. · Request quotations from suppliers via e\-mail, ensuring clarity in requirements and deadlines. · Receive, record, and accurately enter commercial proposals in an organized manner. · Verify the technical compliance of proposals. · Evaluate and present alternatives of equivalent materials. · Prepare technical and commercial comparisons, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and risk mitigation. · Identify supply and execution risks. · Analyze the ABC curve and critical items. · Conduct ethical and strategic negotiations, always seeking the best outcome for the company. · Draft supply contracts upon approval by the Procurement Management and arrange system-based approvals and signatures from all parties. · Adjust contracts as needed to resolve DANFE discrepancies. · Maintain an updated and organized archive of all contracts (services and supplies). · Strictly comply with internal standards, procurement policies, compliance requirements, and applicable legislation. · Keep supplier certification, audit records, and other mandatory documentation up to date. · Proactively identify risks and inconsistencies in procurement processes. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by proposing adjustments, automation, and best practices. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between internal needs and procurement strategies.
