We value leadership spirit, teamwork, and the continuous development of employees. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and supervise the team during the shift, ensuring production targets are met. * Assign tasks and guide employees according to departmental requirements. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, rework, absenteeism, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedure standards. * Support resolution of operational issues and assist in shift-level decision-making. * Maintain departmental organization and smooth process operations. * Facilitate communication between the team and management, aligning information and directives. * Contribute to team development through guidance and feedback. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in team leadership, preferably in an industrial setting. * Experience in production routines and target tracking. * Basic knowledge of performance indicators. * Familiarity with occupational safety and good manufacturing practices. * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred). * Strong communication skills, proactivity, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility.
