Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate in the editing and development of programs related to company design requirements and needs, supporting technical and economic feasibility analysis for new projects; * Support the development of project improvements by proposing technical solutions and promoting process enhancements; * Update procedures related to area processes and projects, including workflows, business structures, and time studies (chronological analysis); * Maintain updated budget control aligned with area expenses; * Collaborate in planning, developing, and projecting processes and technical work methods according to operational needs; * Develop standards, work plans, and operational processing procedures covering all execution steps required to fulfill company activities; * Conduct studies and research to ensure proper use of labor and other resources in the operational area. * Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of sanitation projects; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
