




Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, floor inspection and sweeping to retrieve dropped objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the ramp. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Monitor aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and monitor baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft in accordance with the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Segregate baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), ensuring correct loading onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for respective flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following regulations and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling instructions (e.g., fragile, hazardous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels, placing them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections through reading of volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify suitability for transport, thereby ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling them; * Properly handle and allocate baggage and cargo within aircraft holds, observing internal retention and maximum hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Service aircraft within established timeframes according to service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical Maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions occurring during operations to supervisors. 2512070202191574699
