




Responsible for handling service tickets, managing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure of the Federal Police of Sergipe. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities (higher complexity) and Tasks (lower complexity):** **Main Activities:** * Handle service tickets not resolved by Level 2 and tickets related to IT Infrastructure; * Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtualized), database systems, backup systems, file storage systems, and network infrastructure; * Develop documentation and update processes executed by Level 3, related to IT environment procedures and operational workflows; * Participate in planning for installation/implementation/modification of IT infrastructure, performing software testing, evaluations, and releases; * Generate business continuity reports with capacity and availability indicators for servers and technological services, as well as projections of increased computational resource usage; **Requirements and Qualifications*** Certificate of completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Information Technology; * Microsoft AZ-800 certification; the certification must be valid. . ITIL certification. . Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network servers, managed switches, physical servers, and virtual machines, with proof documented in the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS), as a Full Computer Support Analyst.
