Job Summary: We are seeking a senior professional with autonomy to work in Payroll and Human Resources departments, possessing strong technical knowledge and a proactive behavioral profile. Willingness to travel for unit implementation Working Hours: Monday to Friday, during business hours, with flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. The office operates from Monday to Saturday, with work-hour compensation scheduled during the week. Desired Profile The company seeks a senior-level professional capable of working autonomously in both Payroll and Human Resources departments. Technical Requirements * Relevant work experience; * Payroll department expertise; * Experience with: * Time tracking systems; * Payroll processing; * Employee benefits administration; * Employee onboarding and registration; * Proficiency in TOTVS Protheus system (strongly preferred); * Intermediate/advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of labor legislation and union-specific regulations across different Brazilian states; * Willingness to travel Behavioral Profile We seek a professional who is: * Organized; * Analytical; * Communicative; * Proactive; * Detail-oriented; * Comfortable working with software systems; * Skilled in interpersonal relationships, due to frequent interaction with managers and employees across different Brazilian states. Work Location The professional will be based in Aracaju/SE, supporting three company units. The units are located in close proximity to one another; therefore, personal transportation is not required for commuting. Travel between units may be conducted via Uber or 99, with costs covered by the company when necessary. Travel Availability Mandatory requirement. The professional may occasionally travel to other Brazilian states for new unit implementation, employee integration, and operational support, as required by business needs.
