If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **In the office:** * Support administrative routines (document organization, digitization, telephone assistance, and team support); * Support spreadsheet control and filing; * Assist with simple operational tasks in HR, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other departments (as required by the unit); **At the construction site:** * Support control and organization of light materials; * Monitor and assist with occupational safety routines (e.g., PPE distribution); * Assist in completing forms and checklists; * Observe construction practices, learning about construction processes and on-site collaboration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 18 and 22; * Be currently enrolled and regularly attending school (if high school has not yet been completed); * Interest in learning and developing skills in administrative and civil construction fields; * Commitment, punctuality, and proactivity; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) preferred. **Additional Information** Compensation \+ Transportation allowance.
