Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide individual or group social services; Conduct interdisciplinary and multiprofessional individual follow-up for active and on-leave employees; Deliver joint services with the multidisciplinary team; Identify social aspects involved in labor relations and organizational work processes, including their impact on employee performance, health, and adaptation to special working conditions; Assess employee eligibility for specific health programs and/or determine the need for referral to external specialists; Provide care and follow-up for employees on leave due to illness or accident, aiming to evaluate social factors affecting health status, define intervention strategies, and make appropriate referrals; advise leadership, management, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety (SMS), and other members of the Health Service regarding social demands related to the world of work and matters within the social worker’s scope of practice; Systematize and issue reports, technical opinions, and studies related to demands and topics within the social worker’s scope of practice; Conduct home, hospital, and institutional visits as required; Develop educational materials, deliver lectures, and conduct educational activities on occupational health topics, targeting leadership, the workforce, and health/HR professionals; Record information and services provided in designated forms and/or computerized systems; Perform other duties outlined in Law No. 8,662/93 and its amendments, as well as other regulations issued by the Federal Council of Social Work (CFESS), Regional Councils of Social Work (CRESS), Regulatory Norms of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NRs), and applicable current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, certified by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Be duly registered and in good standing with the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS) in the respective locality where practicing. Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and/or Mental Health and/or Quality of Life and/or Chemical Dependency, recognized by the MEC, is desirable. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience applying occupational health service concepts within organizations and/or delivering multidisciplinary health services. Training in Biosafety or NR-32. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by Petrobras. More than six (6) years of experience in clinical or occupational psychology.
