




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Description: Develop the Recruitment and Selection function with a focus on the technology area, structuring talent attraction initiatives and talent pools, including headhunting, screening, and behavioral analysis. Structure and oversee HR department processes, including performance indicators (KPIs), performance evaluations, development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), job architecture, and one-on-one meetings. Manage team engagement and employee experience (EX) initiatives, proposing feasible and appropriate solutions aligned with the company’s reality. Implement leadership training and development programs. Develop organizational culture policies and initiatives, ensuring that cultural pillars are communicated and upheld by all employees.
