Register now and embark on this journey with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **As Coordinator, you will be responsible for:** Analyzing and systematically monitoring performance indicators of your credit portfolio Conducting monthly planning with your team Supervising credit agents and assistants in carrying out their activities Conducting client follow-up visits Managing unit inventory And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in any field; Minimum 12 months of experience at INEC within the Agroamigo Microfinance Program; At least one EAD course completed in the last 12 months with "APPROVED" status and no pending issues; No sanctions in the past 6 (six) months; Favorable evaluation from immediate supervisor on the Gupy platform, referencing performance and behavioral competencies; Willingness to travel between municipalities. **You will stand out if you have:** Experience in external sales, negotiation, and collections; Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience managing teams. **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.712,11; Market-size allowance of up to R$ 3\.894,77; Variable remuneration\* of up to R$ 2\.387,40; (\*based on credit portfolio performance).
