Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor minimum stock levels of products in inventory via an information system, preventing material shortages; * Verify incoming invoices through an information system, reporting any discrepancies between provided and actual items; * Record inventory reductions for materials, equipment, and utensils upon dispatch via an information system, ensuring inventory accuracy; * Receive equipment, utensils, and various materials, cross-checking received invoices and purchase orders against delivered items, rejecting deliveries in case of irregularities; * Analyze material requests, complying with company requirements, standards, procedures, and operational realities; * Receive and forward materials and equipment for exchange or maintenance upon manager authorization; * Periodically maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the materials warehouse; * Conduct periodic operational inventory counts, reporting any identified discrepancies; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Forklift Operation Course; * Driver's License Category B; * Basic computer skills.
