Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for end-user technical support, hardware and software installation and maintenance, network and device configuration, and inventory control. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing end-user technical support; installing and maintaining hardware and software; configuring networks and devices; managing IT inventory and equipment; tracking service tickets; and supporting technology-related events and procurement.
