We are looking for a **Network Coordinator** with strategic vision, technical background and *hands\-on* approach to work on high-impact projects for Vivo, involving **site construction, B2B solutions, GPON networks and riser infrastructure**. If you want to lead teams, ensure excellent deliveries and be the bridge between engineering, operations and customers, this position is for you! ### **What you will do** * Coordinate field and administrative teams in optical network and telecom infrastructure projects. * Supervise **site construction** (towers, rooftops, shelters, etc.) ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Manage corporate **B2B projects**, ensuring performance, availability and scalability. * Lead **GPON network** deployments, complying with Vivo's technical standards. * Monitor internal **riser installations** in buildings with standardization and safety. * Act as the liaison between engineering, operations, planning and customers. * Track schedules, KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in coordinating optical network projects and site construction. * Experience with Vivo projects (Site Construction, B2B, GPON and risers). * Solid technical knowledge in networking, telecommunications and project reading. * Leadership, organizational and decision-making skills. * Good communication and proactive attitude. * Willingness to travel and valid **driver's license** (preferred). * Degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related fields (preferred). ### **Differentiators** * Technical certifications (Anatel, Optical Networks, etc.). * Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, Excel, etc.). * Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
