




Description: Mandatory Requirements: Completed technical-level education in Electrotechnics or Electromechanics, as per the National Catalog of Technical Courses issued by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); Active professional registration with the Federal Council of Industrial Technicians (CFT); NR-10 Basic and Complementary (SEP); NR-35 (Work at Heights); Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance within industrial environments or substations, preferably involving fieldwork or direct contact with high-voltage or extra-high-voltage systems (up to 500 kV); Proactivity in seeking guidance and clarifying technical doubts during tasks; Attention to detail during inspections, testing, and completion of technical records; Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with more experienced technicians; Commitment to a safety culture, emphasizing prevention and sound operational practices; Genuine interest in technical development in the fields of protection and automation. Desirable Qualifications Basic ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams (single-line, three-line, and functional diagrams); Prior experience in operation and maintenance activities of high-voltage substations (13.8 kV, 69 kV, 230 kV, and 500 kV); Familiarity with test equipment such as Doble and Megger, even under supervision; Capacity for continuous learning, organization, and effective communication with team members; Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B (or higher); Willingness to travel. Responsibilities and Duties: Electrical Maintenance Execution * Conduct inspections, tests, and corrective and preventive interventions on industrial electrical systems and substations, including high-voltage and extra-high-voltage equipment (up to 500 kV), ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. Safe Equipment Operation * Operate electrical systems while rigorously applying safety procedures and risk mitigation measures, with emphasis on physical and operational integrity. Fault Diagnosis and Problem Resolution * Identify faults, analyze root causes, and propose appropriate technical solutions using measurement instruments and specialized tools for protection and automation systems. Technical Documentation and Recordkeeping * Prepare and maintain up-to-date reports, checklists, and technical records of inspections, tests, and interventions, ensuring traceability and supporting decision-making. Collaboration and Continuous Learning * Work collaboratively in teams, supporting more experienced technicians and sharing relevant information to ensure safe and efficient task execution. Technical Development * Demonstrate interest and initiative in enhancing knowledge of protection, automation, and technologies applied to electrical maintenance, participating in training sessions and internal programs.
