Job Summary: This role involves general assistance in various construction tasks, including material preparation, transportation, manual excavation, and site cleanup. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in various stages of civil construction 2. Handling and organization of materials and tools 3. Ensuring safety and order at the construction site * Assist in preparing mortar, concrete, and other materials. * Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment. * Perform manual excavation for foundations, trenches, and bases. * Assist in laying blocks, flooring, pipes, and components. * Assist in constructing drainage structures and foundations. * Clean and organize the construction site. * Assist in assembling formwork, shoring, and reinforcement cages. * Manually transport concrete, sand, and other materials. * Assist in backfilling, compaction, and leveling. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and environmental protection.
