PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies as required by SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Traffic Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal voucher and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Collective Passenger Transport Vehicle Instructor, Hazardous Materials Transport Instructor, School Transport Instructor, Emergency Transport Instructor, or Oversized Cargo Transport Instructor, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (within validity period). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER'S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (minimum one year in the respective category). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid CNH. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** All documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Worker's Booklet and Social Security (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to the requirement specified in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience delivering lectures.
