Promotion of relationship-building and member loyalty **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage and develop the individual cooperative members' portfolio, focusing on relationship-building and business generation. * Adopt a consultative approach when offering financial products and services, identifying customer opportunities and needs. * Prospect new cooperative members and expand the cooperative's customer base and business volume. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets through strategic planning and execution of initiatives. * Foster close, personalized relationships aimed at member retention and loyalty. * Monitor portfolio performance indicators, managing results and mitigating risks. * Negotiate financial products while ensuring quality, profitability, and compliance with internal policies. * Perform other activities related to portfolio and business management as directed by the cooperative. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in financial institutions * Experience in portfolio management and commercial operations * Certification (ANBIMA) CPA 10 and/or CPA 20 **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in commercial areas, business, or financial products. * Experience in serving and managing individual customers. * Strong expertise in consultative sales and relationship management. * Solid knowledge of financial products and services. **Profile We Seek** * Commercial profile focused on results * Clear communication, influence, and negotiation skills * Member-centric mindset and commitment to service excellence * Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mentality * Analytical capability and business acumen **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Fuel allowance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transportation voucher
