Join Casa do Construtor! **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver specific training programs aligned with business needs and following supervisor guidance; * Ensure capability development that drives excellence in processes executed by franchisees; * Monitor training adherence and jointly determine, with the immediate supervisor, any necessary actions to enhance outcomes; * Prepare technical and operational reports outlining required measures for potential improvements; * Research and propose new technologies relevant to the department and applicable to the company’s business; * Respond to support requests through our franchisee assistance channels; * Manage the e-learning platform; * Participate in video recordings for the e-learning platform and related activities; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Advertising and Public Relations, Pedagogy, or related fields is preferred. * Specific Knowledge: Computer literacy, understanding of administrative routines, and presentation techniques. * Video editing knowledge. * Strong communication skills and comfort recording training sessions.
