Here, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in payroll processes and supporting various areas of the Human Resources Department, ensuring continuity and quality in deliverables. What You’ll Do Daily: * Process employee onboarding, offboarding, vacations, and leaves, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies; * Perform electronic timekeeping reconciliation and support generation of files for bank integration; * Manage and control benefits such as transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VR), health insurance, and statutory obligations; * Prepare reports including vacation accruals and the 13th salary to support management; * Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives within the area. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this position, you need: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in payroll processing; * Knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems; * Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a BPO environment; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with LG, SCI, and Domínio systems is a plus. Nice to Have: * Familiarity with digital HR tools; * Proactivity in process improvement or automation projects.
