**Mission**
Ensure field-level execution of the commercial strategy through **training**, **consulting**, and **regional leader development**, focusing on increasing **productivity**, **route quality**, and **operational profitability**, while connecting **methodology, behavior, and results**.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Practical training** of supervisors in the field, fostering leadership, structured feedback application, and consistent performance tracking.
* **On-site and tactical consulting** at distribution centers (CDs) with higher performance risk (Volume and Operating Profit), developing action plans and guiding local leadership.
* **Planning and conducting monthly training sessions** for Sales Supervisors (SVs), Group Leaders (GGs), and sales teams, covering technical, behavioral, and strategic topics.
* **Designing and updating learning paths, methodologies, and materials**, translating strategy into daily operations with national consistency and regional adaptation.
* **KPI analysis and applied commercial intelligence**, integrating execution data (visits, routing, product mix, time in store) with performance indicators (HL/visit, IPC, NPS) to guide local action plans.
* **Technical support to regional analysts**, promoting methodological alignment, standardized deliverables, and consistent application of field practices.
* **Representing the area in corporate forums**, taking technical leadership roles in RTM, S\&OP, excellence, and cross-functional projects with partner areas.
* **Participation in continuous improvement initiatives**, including PDCA, chronometric analysis, benchmarking, productivity testing, and field pilots.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Strong experience in **commercial execution**, **training**, and **field intelligence**.
* Applied knowledge of **PDCA, DMAIC, Lean**, structured feedback, and data-driven management.
* Proficiency in **data storytelling**, **Power BI**, **Excel**, and executive presentations.
* Profile demonstrating **lateral influence**, **active listening**, **clear communication**, and **ownership mindset**.
* High availability for **national travel**, with direct engagement at distribution centers.
