Work for a company experiencing accelerated growth. **Job Description** We are seeking a professional to work in the **Warehouse** department to support logistics operations, including controlling receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and delivery of materials and equipment for air conditioning and solar panel installations. In addition, ensure warehouse organization, assist in issuing transportation documents, and contribute to rapid and efficient supply of technical teams—critical to project success at a company experiencing accelerated growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and internal procedures. * Organize and store products in inventory, maintaining updated records, identifying materials, and preventing losses. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to defined routing plans and installation schedules. * Support inventory control by conducting periodic counts, checking expiration dates, identifying damages, and preparing for audits. * Assist in issuing invoices, delivery notes, labels, and other transportation and material tracking documents. * Support loading and unloading of trucks, vans, or smaller vehicles, ensuring material integrity. * Maintain close communication with logistics, installation, procurement, and sales teams to ensure responsiveness to departmental needs. * Suggest improvements to warehouse organization, shipping routines, and control processes. * Respond promptly to last-minute adjustments, emergency priorities, or delivery rescheduling, maintaining a collaborative attitude. * Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the warehouse and other logistics areas. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of logistics: receiving, picking, inventory control, and document issuance. * Proficiency in using control systems (Excel, ERPs) and inventory management.
