Assists in the implementation of logistics procedures, including receiving, storage, handling, dispatch, and distribution of materials and products. Collaborates in controlling logistics operations with a multimodal perspective. Performs inventory control and organization; follows occupational safety guidelines. Responsible for creating RTs; Scheduling Loads in Geport; Generating Back Load Checklists in Geport; entering checklist information into SAP; assembling RT schedules; verifying whether RTs will be shipped or postponed; Updating the WMS system; Invoicing packaging and product notes; preparing RT kits (RT and emergency sheet for each product); creating shipments; sending invoices and schedules after invoicing via Teams.
