This role collaborates in planning and organizing logistics activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. It is critical to achieving customer service goals and optimizing the company’s internal processes. * Responsibilities: * Assists in inventory control by regularly analyzing and updating data to ensure information accuracy. * Collaborates in planning and executing product receiving, warehousing, and dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with operational standards. * Interacts with suppliers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and resolve potential logistics issues, maintaining consistent and effective communication. * Monitors logistics operations performance, reporting incidents and proposing improvements to existing processes. * Provides support in preparing performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid decision-making and strategic planning. * May supervise operational assistant staff, guiding daily task execution and assisting in problem resolution. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, with a basic understanding of warehousing and distribution processes. * Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth information exchange. * Strong organizational ability and attention to detail to maintain logistics operation quality and accuracy. * Proficiency in computer tools, especially inventory management software and electronic spreadsheets. **Educational Qualifications:** High school diploma required. A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is considered a plus. **Professional Experience:** Prior experience in logistics support or similar operational roles is required—preferably within food or beverage companies.
