As a Documentation Analyst, you will be responsible for: ------------------------------------------------------------ ### **Primary Responsibilities** * Analyze manufacturing and/or maintenance process documentation, preparing Databooks per specific customer requirements. * Issue Certificates of Conformity and Material Release Certificates. * Perform receiving inspections per internal procedures, including visual and dimensional inspections where applicable. * Verify traceability, technical documentation, applicable requirements, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). * Review technical documentation submitted by suppliers to ensure compliance with Baker Hughes-defined requirements. * Open, track, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). * Systematically record inspected product receipts in the corporate system (Oracle). * Conduct supplier inspections on-site or remotely, as applicable. * Issue Inspection Reports (IR) and Customer Property Receipts (CPR). * Apply Housekeeping/6S practices at the workstation and propose continuous process improvements. ### **Secondary Responsibilities** * Monitor hydrostatic, pressure, and functional tests of equipment and tools. * Analyze graphical charts and prepare Hydrostatic Test Reports (HTR). * Witness assembly and test (T&A) activities when requested. * Participate in production meetings and support leadership in defining Quality Control (QC) team priorities. **You will succeed in this role if you have:** ### **Education – Required** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English. ### **Skills – Required** * Proficiency in Windows environment and MS Office suite. * Familiarity with Quality systems and tools. * Basic knowledge of technical drawing. * Knowledge of assembly methods and processes. * Effective communication, organization, and planning skills. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Problem-solving ability. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Ethics, collaboration, and teamwork. ### **Experience – Required** * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical documentation analysis. **Desirable Competencies** --------------------------- ### **Education – Preferred** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technologist degree in related fields. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Courses or certifications in quality, inspection, or related areas (e.g., NACE, IF-AT, IF-CT, IF-PP, etc.). ### **Experience – Preferred** * Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry. **Work in a way that works for you** ------------------------------------------------ We recognize that every individual is unique and that each professional’s preferred work approach to deliver their best also varies.
