Responsibilities and Duties * Structure and operationalize the branch: selection/leasing of warehouse, purchase and maintenance of assets, hiring and management of suppliers and service providers. * Hire, train, and develop a high-performance team (shift leaders, mechanics, customer service, and back-office), creating coaching routines and performance monitoring. * Manage the local P&L and control operational and commercial indicators (utilization rate, fleet availability, maintenance SLA, churn, revenue per unit, average ticket). * Operate the day-to-day operations of local business units (motorcycle rentals, delivery, and other applicable units), ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and sustainable growth. * Implement and supervise processes and standards from Headquarters, translating corporate strategies to local realities. * Resolve operational incidents and customer complaints in real time, ensuring rapid experience recovery and preventive improvements. * Plan inventory demands (parts/supplies), internal logistics, and return/maintenance flow. * Monitor and report KPIs weekly; propose and execute action plans based on data. * Identify local growth opportunities (partnerships, B2B partnerships, promotions, acquisition channels) and lead expansion initiatives. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement: lead Kaizen projects, document processes, and provide ongoing team training. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed higher education. * Reside close to the branch or have availability to commute. * Proven experience in operational team management (at least 2–3 years leading units/branches or operations). * Practical profile: willing to 'get hands dirty,' act on the shop floor/warehouse, and lead by example. * Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude: autonomy, business vision, and results focus. * High capacity for planning, organization, and routine prioritization. * Ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous scenarios and under pressure. * Good communication skills and ability to train and inspire diverse employee profiles. * Familiarity with operational indicators; comfort with monitoring systems and spreadsheets. Differentiators * Experience in mobility, logistics, retail, or franchises sectors. * Experience managing P&L and local sales targets. * Knowledge of Power BI and/or basic analytical tools to create and interpret operational dashboards. * Experience in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). * Valid driver's license and availability for local travel/benefits.
