Job Summary: Professional responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling, work order and documentation management, and material control, utilizing communication tools and specialized systems. An active diversity and inclusion policy, valuing diverse perspectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive); * Knowledge of and ability to independently operate electronic communication tools such as email, forums, chat, etc.; * Maintenance planning and scheduling, as well as employee embarkation and disembarkation, using SAP PM | MM – ERP (CMMS), DRAKE, KLASMATT, and IA PLANNER; * Management of maintenance orders, documentation management for third-party employees, and material management and control for embarkation and disembarkation. **Requirements and Qualifications** (Per PR/Requester’s requirements) * Completed High School education * Preferred 3 years’ experience as a Logistics Analyst in planning and overseeing the entire embarkation and disembarkation process, using Drake, Klasmatt, and SAP. **Selection Process Steps** (Per PR/Requester’s requirements) * Application submission * HR interview * Requirements validation * Technical interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec World!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized company specializing in service outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), and workforce solutions.
