Job Summary: Recover outstanding amounts from delinquent students by negotiating debts and managing the collections portfolio, while providing financial support. Key Highlights: 1. Financial support to students and system updates Collections Analyst – Centro Language School, Três Rios; Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM \| Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Fixed salary \+ attractive commission based on achieved targets. Responsibilities: Conduct active and passive collections from delinquent students, negotiate debts and agreements, issue payment slips and monitor payments, manage the delinquency portfolio, update the system and record contacts, and provide financial support to students with financial inquiries. Requirements: Experience in collections and negotiation, strong communication skills, persuasive profile, organizational ability, and results orientation.
