REQUIREMENTS: * Currently studying Gastronomy (even at the beginning stage), whether in a degree program, technical course, or short courses; OR have prior experience in professional kitchens (restaurant/café) and completed high school; * Must possess an agile and organized profile, good interpersonal skills, and ease working in teams. ADDITIONAL ASSET: Candidates with a Gastronomy degree may be hired directly as Cook, with the corresponding salary. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare dishes for à la carte service kitchen, following established standards and instructions from the chef and sous-chef; * Prepare and organize ingredients according to instructions; execute recipes according to technical sheets; * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations, maintaining routine organization and cleanliness of the area. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (with a 1-hour break).
