




FCamara is seeking a **UX WRITER / CONTENT DESIGNER** to join a leading Brazilian pharmacy company, a reference in Health and Well-being with over 2,000 stores across all Brazilian states. **Responsibilities and Duties** The candidate will work within a squad responsible for creating, structuring, and evolving our conversational agents (chatbots, voicebots, and AI agents). The candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert in writing, conversational flow design, and governance of responses generated by language models, working closely with designers, product managers, and developers. **Key Responsibilities** * Define the conversational agent’s voice, tone, and personality, and maintain the RD style guide. * Design conversational flows (scripts, messages, fallbacks, redirects). * Write and review content: prompts, microcopy, system messages, and agent responses. * Collaborate with developers/engineering to structure intents, entities, rules, and integrations. * Monitor conversational metrics, analyze usage logs, and iterate on improvements. * Create documentation: guidelines, escalation matrices, best practices, and conversational standards. Ensure consistency, clarity, and safety in interactions, considering privacy and compliance requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Conversation Designer. * Portfolio showcasing examples of conversational flows, microcopy, and writing processes. * Mastery of objective writing, clarity, voice, and tone. * Experience building chatbots or conversational agents (LLMs or traditional NLU). * Familiarity with tools such as Figma and conversational platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, Microsoft Bot Framework, or equivalents). * Analytical ability to interpret metrics and logs. * Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with LLMs: prompt creation, system messages, response validation, and response containment. * Basic knowledge of NLU/ML (intents, entities, training, evaluation). * Experience with usability testing and research—especially conversational testing. * Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD processes for content. * Experience working in agile squads. * Soft Skills * Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration. * Structured thinking and ability to simplify complexity. * Continuous focus on quality and consistency. * Autonomy, ownership mindset, and curiosity about technology. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We’ve been in the market for 17 years, partnering with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
