* You will play a key role in supporting field technicians, ensuring smooth daily repair operations and contributing to minimizing impact on the end customer.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Perform initial customer service, triage, registration, and classification of requests, ensuring proper routing of demands.
* Conduct preliminary analysis and troubleshooting of registered service requests, identifying possible causes, logical solutions, and directing cases to the appropriate departments.
* Maintain active contact with customers via chat, phone, e-mail, or other channels, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.
* Provide guidance, clarify doubts, and record important information to ensure process continuity.
* Schedule technical visits for installation, repair, plan changes, room relocations, or service migrations.
* Provide proactive and reactive support to internal and external customers.
* Monitor activities and routes of installation and repair teams, providing support to field technicians and reducing impact on the customer's journey.
* Address unproductive situations and track end-customer perception of delivered service, supporting a consistently positive experience.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education.
* Computer literacy and good typing skills.
* Prior experience in customer service.
* Availability for on-site work.
* Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster).
