Then this opportunity is for you! We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to work onsite in the downtown area of Rio de Janeiro, serving as the technology area focal point. Here, you will have autonomy to propose improvements, implement best practices, and ensure an impeccable experience for our users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to employees, ensuring all their work equipment is properly functional and operational. * Manage service tickets and support queues, meeting agreed-upon performance indicators. * Support other IT teams during crises, projects, changes, and technology environment testing. * Manage equipment inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of each device. * Create, update, and execute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for task execution and knowledge alignment. * Software installation and hardware maintenance **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Specific knowledge (tools, languages, certifications): * Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration. * Advanced Windows 10 knowledge. Ability to perform data migration, user backup, administrative tools, and registry operations. * Basic Active Directory knowledge including adding and removing devices from the domain. Basic knowledge of configuring Exchange Server and BES accounts. * Basic networking knowledge (static and dynamic IP configuration, basic commands such as ipconfig /release /renew). * Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook — profile creation and account maintenance on Exchange Server; Excel — basic formula knowledge). * Laboratory environment experience, performing hardware analysis, testing, and diagnostics; * Handle incidents and service requests, monitor SLAs, and support end users. * Resilience, focus, commitment, organization, strong communication skills, and attendance. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
