Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for reviewing, registering, and configuring products in the system, ensuring optimal use of inputs and continuous improvement of production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of costs and processes through continuous improvement. 2. Participation in product development to prevent bottlenecks. 3. Analysis of production processes and labor efficiency. - Review all products registered in the system database. - Register new products by cross-checking the development database with actual usage in the production department. - Ensure optimal use of inputs before registering a new product. - Configure routing-product relationships in the system. - Continuously verify input and routing usage in the process for cost accounting purposes. - Actively participate in identifying discrepancies between actual and standard warehouse inventory lists (registration errors). - Collaborate closely with the product development department to ensure that new items do not become process bottlenecks. - Establish a verification process for descriptive specifications before releasing them on the network (PCP validation required prior to distribution). - Responsible for achieving Cost Reduction objectives by applying Continuous Improvement tools within the Development area. - Conduct analyses to identify new opportunities for new product projects and/or production process improvements (KAIZEN), evaluating process capacity and performance to design new solutions. - Labor Analysis – Monitor, time, and evaluate the production department’s efficiency to analyze and provide accurate data to the cost analyst for correct labor cost allocation to products.
