We're looking for an organized and communicative **HR Assistant** to support HR management routines: recruitment and selection, onboarding, time tracking, benefits, employee integration, and employee support. We value curious, collaborative individuals with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection: job postings, candidate screening, interview invitations, feedback, and interview scheduling; * Conduct onboarding and integration processes (documents, registrations, benefits, onboarding); * Manage attendance, vacations, leaves, and registration updates; * Perform payroll data entry and verification in coordination with the HR department; * Provide employee support (email/chat/in-person) with empathy and efficiency; * Update HR metrics and reports (job posting SLAs, turnover, engagement, training); * Support HR management calendar initiatives (onboarding, performance reviews, internal marketing). Requirements * Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes; * Intermediate-level spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel); * Clear written communication, organizational skills, and attention to deadlines; * **Education:** Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Accounting**, or related fields (**from the 3rd semester onward**). Preferred Qualifications * Experience with HR platforms (Solides, Gupy, etc.); * Basic knowledge of **time tracking systems**; * Involvement in **employee engagement**, **development programs**, and **internal marketing** projects;
