Come be part of our team as a **Senior Exploration Geologist**. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and supervise advanced core logging, ensuring standardization, quality, and traceability; * Develop, review, and validate advanced 3D geological models by integrating drilling, mapping, sampling, and operational data; * Build and audit block models applying geostatistical fundamentals, variography, interpolation, and support for mineral resource estimation and classification; * Serve as the technical reference at the interface between Exploration Geology and Mine Geology, ensuring consistency between exploration models and short-to-long-term mine planning; * Integrate and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data, with a focus on orogenic gold systems; * Conduct and supervise regional and detailed geological mapping, emphasizing structural analysis and mineralization controls; * Support and oversee geological activities in the field and underground and/or open-pit mines; * Ensure geological data governance, including database construction, validation, and maintenance; * Mentor technicians and geologists as technical leader; * Prepare technical reports and executive presentations, clearly and objectively communicating results, risks, and uncertainties. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Geological Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. * Over 10 years of solid experience in mineral exploration geology, preferably with integrated experience in mine geology. * Advanced proficiency in 3D geological modeling, geostatistics, block modeling, and mineral resource estimation/classification. * Proven experience in integration and quality assurance of geoscientific data. * Willingness to conduct fieldwork. **Software and Tools Proficiency** * Leapfrog Geo / Leapfrog Edge * Datamine (Studio, RM, UG) or equivalent * SGeMS, Isatis, or equivalent tools (preferred) * R or Python (preferred) * GIS and databases * ArcGIS / QGIS * Advanced Excel and basic SQL for data control * GDMS or similar corporate systems * ioGAS, IMDEXHUB, or equivalent statistical tools * Familiarity with machine learning applications in geoscience (clustering, classification, pattern recognition) **Behavioral Competencies** * Systems thinking and strategic mindset * High sense of technical responsibility * Technical leadership and mentoring ability * Clear and assertive communication * Organization, critical thinking, and synthesis capability **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in resource reporting (internal use or technical compliance) * Prior experience working in underground mines * Brazilian National Driver’s License Category B and experience operating 4x4 vehicles.
