Forward transactions, perform registrations and updates. **Collections:** Assist in collecting overdue credit operations according to negotiation deadlines, aiming to recover lent capital. **Customer service and prospecting:** Prospect new members and new business opportunities, presenting Sicredi. Provide customer service, identify member needs, and refer them to business managers. **Digital facilitator:** Assist members with "digital inclusion."
