**Access Controller – Supermarket** Job description: The Access Controller will be responsible for ensuring the security and control of entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods at the supermarket, guaranteeing compliance with internal rules and contributing to loss prevention and maintenance of order in the environment. Main responsibilities: * Control access of customers, employees, suppliers, and visitors within the supermarket premises; * Monitor gates and circulation areas; * Provide basic guidance to the public when necessary; * Immediately report suspicious situations to the security team or management; * Safeguard property security and physical integrity of staff and customers; * Comply with and enforce safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (high school education is a plus); * Previous experience in this role or in reception/access control; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
