Description: Essential requirements: * Technical Course in Building Construction, with active registration at CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians) * Monitor and supervise civil engineering construction works and technical services. * Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary projects. * Prepare budgets, physical-financial schedules, and technical reports. * Control and requisition materials, equipment, and labor. * Conduct measurements and inspections on construction sites. * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT, NRs, etc.) and occupational safety regulations. * Assist the responsible engineer in planning and executing construction activities. Support execution teams to ensure quality and adherence to established deadlines. * Fulfill the Institution’s Strategic Mission and Vision, internal regulations, compliance and quality management system requirements, ANS and ANVISA regulations, and health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards inherent to the sector, including use of PPE/collective protective equipment (PPE/CPE) when required by the activity. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the candidate is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience. 2512240202491933205
