Job Summary: A Yard Assistant assists in organizing, cleaning, and moving machines and equipment, supporting the operational team to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in organizing and cleaning machines and equipment in the yard. 2. Support the operational team in moving and preparing equipment. 3. Contribute to maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient yard. The Yard Assistant will assist in organizing, cleaning, and moving machines, equipment, and tools within the rental company's yard, ensuring everything is ready for delivery, pickup, and maintenance. This role supports the operational team and contributes to smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in organizing the yard, keeping machines and equipment properly aligned and labeled. * Support loading and unloading of equipment onto trucks or trailers. * Perform basic cleaning of machines and equipment as needed. * Verify items during pickup and return, supporting the technical supervisor. * Sort and prepare equipment for scheduled deliveries and rentals. * Assist in inventory control of smaller equipment and accessories. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized outdoor environment. * Support the maintenance team with simple tasks when requested. * Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
