Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; Skills and Competencies: * Sales techniques, sales funnel, time management, market knowledge, KPIs, tools (CRM, automation). * Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking, strategic planning. * Organization, trustworthiness, positivity, transparency, innovation, team motivation. Responsibilities: Stay updated and comply with company policies, work procedures, as well as all instructions defined in the Code of Conduct Verify the organization, preservation, maintenance, and innovation of store layouts, gondola ends, rotating baskets, and promotional kits, maintaining the company’s established standardization criteria Monitor the sales performance of each store, including tracking and creating conditions to increase sales (sales volume, discounts, average transaction value) Analyze product variety to be offered in stores Implement local initiatives to boost sales or attract more customers Monitor and resolve issues related to expenses for consumables, durable goods, and services (telephone, office supplies, cleaning materials, bills, etc.) together with the branch manager and sales coordinator Analyze challenges or potential improvement opportunities across branches, providing support in developing action plans (campaigns, renovations, training, etc.) and monitoring outcomes Requirements: Valid driver’s license Job Type: Full-time CLT employment Compensation: R$2.700,08 – R$3.043,82 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance
